The Fine Print

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Liquid Vitality May 2026 promotional offer. By booking or receiving a service, clients agree to these Terms and any existing terms and conditions. The promotion is not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for credit.

2. Promotion Validity

Valid from 1 May to 31 May, 2026. Your Infusion appointment must occur within this time frame. This is a limited-time offer and will not be honoured outside this period.

3. Promotion Details

Provides $25 off a hydration and wellness session. Limit of one use per appointment, per client. Applies to the service fee only. Not valid for any additional vitamins or services added. Not valid with any other offer or discount. Bookings are subject to availability.

4. Clinical Requirements

A health assessment and consultation required prior to infusions. Services are subject to prescribing practitioner approval. Not all clients may be suitable. Liquid Vitality may decline or defer treatment at the discretion of the Infusion nurse. It is the expectation that the client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and suitable environment for the administration of the infusion, free from hazards and with adequate space for equipment and clinician access.

5. Important Information

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. No outcomes are guaranteed. Individual responses vary. Informed consent is required.

6. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings required. 24 hours notice required for cancellations as per existing Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy. Failure to do so may forfeit the promotion. This promotion is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who made the booking. It cannot be shared, assigned, or redeemed by any other person. Any amounts paid as a deposit are non-refundable as per existing terms and conditions.

7. Liability

Liquid Vitality is not liable for incomplete or inaccurate information provided in the health questionnaire. Australian Consumer Law rights apply.

8. Changes

Liquid Vitality may modify or withdraw the promotion at any time.
